			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have a Facebook Fan Page, it&#8217;d be a good idea to  capture the email addresses of your fans, so that you can contact them whenever you want. Here are the steps to capturing your fans&#8217; email addresses:</p>
<ol>
<li>You need to subscribe to an email marketing service like <a title="Aweber" href="http://email.aweber.com" target="_blank">Aweber</a>.</li>
<li>Add your opt-in form (which you&#8217;ll obtain from Aweber) on to your Facebook Fan page.</li>
<li>Offer a free gift like a report or a video to motivate your fans to opt-in to your mailing list.</li>

<p><em>If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! </em></p>
<p>Well, I’m guessing the executives at Facebook have never heard the saying before because if they have, they wouldn’t have shot themselves in the foot by redesigning their home page.</p>
<p>According to several online polls, over 90% of Facebook users hate the new design. And I am one of them.</p>
<p>Their original home page design was just fine. I don’t understand why they feel the need to tinker with it. The redesign has now turned into a public relations headache for them.</p>
<p>So, the lesson of the day is:</p>
<p>Listen to your customers. Unless they tell you that they want something changed, leave it alone.</p>

<p>Social bookmarking sites (e.g. Digg, StumbleUpon) store lists of internet resources that users have found useful by category, tags or randomly. These bookmarked sites and pages can be shared with other people who have similar interests.</p>
<p>These links can also be organized by user defined keywords or tags (called folksonomy). Resources can be rated by users, include email links, have comments added, be sorted by popularity and algorithms that draw inferences from other keyword references and participate in automated notification systems.<span id="more-30"></span></p>
<p>Social bookmarking links can also be included in your press section and press releases.</p>
<p>There are many social bookmarking services which allow users to add web pages to their bookmark list.</p>
<p>As a blogger, you benefit from having someone add a page from your site to their social bookmark list. Your web page will become searchable in the entire bookmark directory and is available to all members of the service. People will also be inclined to share it with others. This is a great way to build your blog&#8217;s audience and increase exposure.</p>
<p>Just by adding a special link to your blog posts, your visitors can add a page from your website to their social bookmark list. There are now over fifty different services available to manage social bookmarks.</p>
